Position Description

Recruiting Consultants work in conjunction with account managers to identify, qualify, and represent physicians to fulfill staffing needs at hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. The Recruiting Consultant is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, including prospecting, screening, and consulting with candidates about their interests in order to help them identify relevant practice opportunities. Ultimately the Recruiting Consultant serves as the unbiased advocate for physicians, and other healthcare providers, working to ensure that these providers have the best possible locum tenens experience.


  • Minimum of 1 year inside sales
