The combination of great clients and great providers and a great team of consultants with a focus on customer service has allowed Consilium Staffing to emerge as a preferred partner in the locum tenens industry.

The success of a company is measured by the satisfaction of their clients and Consilium Staffing has delivered first-rate customer service resulting in tremendous feedback and repeat business with satisfied clients and providers. The company reported their physician placements have doubled on a per month basis in 2012 and they have added as many new clients in the first six months of 2012 as they did in all of 2011.

"We are very excited about our results through the first half of the year and we want our clients and providers to know how much we value them and appreciate that they have selected Consilium as their partner in locum tenens," said Matt Baade, Executive Vice President for Consilium Staffing. "We work hard to be the preferred partner in locum tenens by focusing on creating the best possible locum tenens experience."

Consilium started the year with some exciting technological upgrades aimed at making the locums process easier for locum tenens physicians by becoming the first company in the locums tenens industry to launch a mobile website, This technological upgrade, along with the launch of the new online job search engine at Consilium Staffing's website, has contributed to the significant growth seen through the first two quarters of the year.

Staffing Industry Analysts recently reported that the locum tenens industry as a whole showed a 10% revenue growth in the first quarter of 2012. "We are excited to see the industry expanding, and we expect to continue to outpace that growth rate," said Baade. "The first half of the year has been tremendous, but we are expecting even bigger things in the second half of the year."

The company anticipates a significant increase in their client base during the next six months resulting in further growth over the first half of 2012.

The term, "locum tenens" is a Latin phrase that means to "hold the place of." Consilium Staffing assists hospitals, primary care offices, urgent care centers, correctional institutions, and other healthcare facilities, when those facilities are under-staffed by partnering with physicians, nurse practitioners, and/or physician assistants who are able to provide coverage on a temporary or contract basis.
