Magnets. Merit awards. Picture frames. No matter in which direction they look, team members at Consilium can catch sight of one or more physical reminders of our mantra “You are Consilium.” Especially on more challenging days at the office, we want our people to be confident that they are an integral part of our team: after all, the writing is (literally) on the wall. While we strive to demonstrate our investment in team members on a daily basis, Consilium’s annual company meeting—held during the first fiscal quarter each year—provides a formal opportunity to recognize significant team and individual contributions. This year, Consilium announced two key promotions and presented seven merit awards for team member performance throughout 2016.

You Grow, We Grow–Teamwork as Integral to Professional Success

Andrew Walker, formerly Senior Account Manager, was promoted to Director of Account Management for the Southeast region. From Day 1 at Consilium, you hear ‘Opportunity, Opportunity, Opportunity,’” said Walker. “For me, this promotion—the first tangible step toward a position in upper leadership—was a true realization that Consilium provides you with a long-term career, not just a job. I worked very hard for this, but at the end of the day it’s really my team that made this possible.”

Billy Bowden, formerly Director of Account Management, was promoted to Regional Vice-President for the Southeast region.“I came to Consilium with the idea that I could someday be a company vice-president—I have worked toward this moment my whole career,” said Bowden. “I wish I could take all the credit for this promotion, but that is truly owed to my incredible team and everybody else working alongside me. They push me to be the best that I can be, and I never would have achieved this without their hard work.”

2016 Production Awards

Lisa Holmes—Client Sales Consultant of the Year “It was a real honor to be recognized as Client Sales Consultant of the Year—I was up against some individuals who are truly outstanding at their jobs,” said Holmes. “These are all people who have been incredibly helpful to me since Day 1. At Consilium, we really do strive every day to add value to our individual teams and to the company as a whole. This award confirms what I have always known: the Government division is making a big impact at Consilium!”

Jenelle Zornes—Recruiter of the Year “Winning this award is a testament both to hard work and to the fact that Consilium invests in each team member here and truly wants to see everyone succeed,” said Zornes. “I didn’t have any experience in this industry prior to coming here, but there are real opportunities for growth and advancement at Consilium. I’ve won Recruiter of the Year before, but winning this year was especially meaningful to me: this award is evidence that I really can be a mom, take on additional duties in my role as director, and still produce as a recruiter.”

Landon Webb—Account Manager of the Year “It was humbling to be named Account Manager of the Year as a partner, but more than anything this award is a testament to the culture here at Consilium,” said Webb. “We really value the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our clients and healthcare providers and I was able to rely on those relationships this year when it came time to match physicians with open opportunities. We try our best to do right by our people, and the result of that is the continued loyalty I’ve experienced during my time at Consilium.”

We embrace a team-first mentality at Consilium, and that’s evident in how we structure our teams and our approach to leadership. One of the best parts about working here is the fact that no matter how high you rise in the company, the mentoring never stops.”
