Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Consilium Staffing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Consilium Staffing as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

Giveaway Period: Each conference giveaway period begins one month before the start date of the conference and ends on the final day of the conference at 11:59 PM CST. The applicable giveaway periods for each conference are as follows:

How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Consilium Staffing.

Prizes: The winner of the giveaway (the “Winner”) will have the opportunity to choose one prize from the selection displayed on the giveaway webpage. Prizes will either be shipped to the Winner’s specified address or provided as online or in-store credit for the purchase of the chosen prize. If the Winner does not confirm their selection and provide a valid shipping address within two weeks of the end of the conference, Consilium Staffing reserves the right to select another Winner.

Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Consilium Staffing’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Consilium Staffing to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Consilium Staffing. Winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days following selection. Consilium Staffing shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to provide necessary shipping details, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.

General Conditions: Consilium Staffing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Consilium Staffing in its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Consilium Staffing and its affiliates, advertising agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Texas.
