·       Full Time Coverage needed

·       Need 4-5 days/week (35 hours), 7 hour day with unpaid lunch

·       Hybrid model is ok, provider required to be on site 1 day per week

·       Must be in-network for Medicare and Medicaid and have an active NY License and DEA  

·       Average 20 patients/day  Very busy Practice, Provider must be strong and Self Sufficient

·       Typical cases; Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Heavy Benzo population, No Addiction
